对于那些寄过样就消失的客户,我这么搞定!

现在买方市场下,竞争非常激烈,海外客户一般都要求供应商免费提供样品免费提供快递费,这个事情非常普遍。


担心自己不寄别的同行寄了就抢占先机了,不少公司就自己掏腰包给客户寄了免费样品,有的是让老板掏腰包给客户寄了样品。


但寄了样品之后,客户回应完全跟要样品之前有了180度的转变,甚至消失了。不少人、不少公司因此感觉现在老外不付费都是骗样品,就不敢寄样了。


要知道,做生意都会遇到风险都会犯错,每天坐在办公室里,不动,不联系客户不会犯错,只要联系客户,必定犯错。




我们开公司的目的,不在于省下多少快递费的问题,最终目的是能否接到订单,有些客户他不愿意出快递费,但是他是个不错的客户,你不寄,一个订单可能就错过了。

第一次跟进

We hope you have received our samples. If you have any comments, we will be very grateful. By the way, please let me know your payment terms, is that ok?

希望你已经收到我们的样品,希望能进一步详谈,你能接受的付款方式是怎样的?


第二次跟进

If you are approve of our samples, Maybe we can cooperate further. As for the time of delivery, please inform us of your schedule. Please confirm the order asap so that we can arrange the mass production.

如果你对我们的样品还满意的话,能否进行下一步讨论,你对于交货时间是怎样计划的。请尽快确认订单这样我们能及时安排大货生产。


第三次跟进

Besides the samples, do you have any other things you centre on? I hope we can solve them by a friendly way.

除样品外,你还有什么疑问的地方?希望我们能以友好的方式解决这些问题。

Are you still waiting for others' opinions on this order? If you want to any help, please contact us at any time.

第七次跟进

We guess that you should have received the sample sent by us by **, and we trust that you will agree with the quality. The products are very popular in ** market. Attached are the shipping documents and customer feedback for your reference. If you are worried about the business in your market, we can accept a small order to help you with your market test.


我想你们已经收到我们的样品了,质量也应该没有问题。这个产品在XXX的销量非常不错,附件附上一些出货单据和客户反馈供您参考,如果您对产品在你们市场还是有顾虑的话,我们可以接受小批量订单用来在你们市场先测试。

不少人还没跟进完这么几次觉得是骗子就放弃了。


客户收到样品后消失的情况

1、没有竞争对手样品性价比好

2、样品没有达到客户预期

3、等待公司讨论结果或者他的客户反馈

4、手里还没有实单,收集样品比较

5、同行客户骗样品去仿制

6、客户扩充一样样品库,也会在自己样品间展示

...

客户这个时间点收到样品后没有买,上述很多情况下对方是没有办法回复你的,因为他实际情况没有单,他怎么回复你呢?




记住这句话,此人非彼人,此时非彼时,此事非彼事。


他上个星期不回复你,不代表这个星期他不回复你。


他一个月前没有实单,不代表他现在没有实单。


既然已经联系过这个客户,分析过这个客户,也在这个客户身上花了钱,不妨跟进一个周期,一般产品按照季节性一年为一个周期,至少跟进一个周期以上。
