eBay早前联合Pitney Bowes推全球运送方案（GSP）, 参加全球运送方案的卖家在向国际买家销售物品时，可以将售出的物品发送至美国运送中心，美国运送中心全权负责将物品从该中心安全运往世界各地。那么，使用GSP效果如何呢？
据获悉，eBay和Pitney Bowes早前合作推出GSP项目，使国际买卖双方更容易进行交易。通过eBay发布的一个视频可以了解到，美国运送中心是如何操作进行配送的。
eBay平台上26%的产品（将近7000万的产品）可以通过全球运送方案GSP配送到世界各地买家的手中。
美国卖家将GSP包裹运送至肯塔基州的美国运送中心，之后Pitney Bowes公司负责送达买家手中。这和亚马逊物流（FBA）是不一样的，eBay并不储存货物，卖家只有在跨国交易确认后才会寄出物品。
正如eBay所言，通过这个项目，卖家可以彻底摆脱海关单据管理、进口费用计算和全球物流管理的麻烦。卖家将出售物品寄送到肯塔基州的美国运送中心，之后就由他们接管，将物品送达至买家手中，从物品到买家手中物流信息全程跟踪。
肯塔基州运送中心每年处理的包裹数超过1500万，eBay称从2013年到2014年GSP呈大幅增长：
参与该方案的卖家人数增加53%；
物品数目增长57%；
订单数增加125%；
肯塔基州运送中心在将包裹寄送给eBay的买家时会拆开一些包裹，有趣的是，员工们会采用印有eBay标志的封条重新包装。
根据视频展示，该物料配送中心每周工作六天，每天处理数以万计的包裹。
同样有看头的是，不少买家和卖家们会在使用GSP配送后上传视频到Youtube。一位日本买家，大约在两年前发布了一个视频。他在视频里说收到过两个损坏的键盘，该视频有超过了4万的浏览量。
