投诉跟卖者,你需要知道讯息有那些?

现在有越来越多的知名品牌在亚马逊上面开店,但是当你辛辛苦苦的把产品上传上去之后,很快就发现平台上面一下子多了几款跟你差不多的图片。此时很多卖家会选择在亚马逊上面投诉,但是投诉的结果往往让你失望:"抱歉,我们没有办法帮您删除跟卖者的 Listings"!

    

下面分享一些投诉的小技巧,希望能够真正帮到您维护您的权利。

1.需要投诉跟卖者时,卖家要到 http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/contact-us 来跟亚马逊 Seller Performance Team 来联系!确保你选择 " Report a violation of our rules "

 

2.你要提供 Test Buy Order ID!确保说其他卖家销售的商品为"假货"或者是"仿冒品"!(有些卖家要做 Test Buy 的时后,会被跟卖者发现你是中国卖家,然后他们就会 Cancel Order,所以这边要技巧一点!)买了跟卖者的商品后,要提出跟您的 Listings 不一样的地方!比如说你卖的明明是皮卡丘:

 

但是你下了一个Order,收到的却是:

 

(我想这应该很明显地不是你卖的)

收到这样的皮卡丘,客户是绝对会留差评的...这时候卖家就可以照片举证,说这不是我销售的,并且提供 Test Buy Order ID

3.为了要提升他们亚马逊客服的效率!卖家要提供下列的资讯给他们

The ASIN/ISBN of the item's detail page and the product title

The store or business name of the seller you are reporting

Your order ID

A concise explanation of the violation

小建议:Report 的时后,最好提供您投诉卖家的 Seller ID,店铺名称可能会随时变动,但是 Seller ID是不会变得,Seller ID如图示,为 Seller = XXXXXXXX,那一串英数的 ID

 

4.有一点非常重要,在投诉的文内,不要提到 "trademark" 或者 "copyright",不然会转到亚马逊的 Legal Department,接下来会无尽地等待...会拉长反应的时间

5."不要留差评",在你 Test Buy 之后,不要留差评给他!您可能会让这个 Listing 惹上麻烦!

6.向您申诉的卖家,申请退货!要求对方负担运费以及全额退款,如果对方有异议,直接开 A-Z ,卖家都很忙的,没时间跟他胡搞瞎搞!
