初次与一家公司沟通,简单自我介绍之后需要说清楚自己的合作意向,为后续对话的展开打好基础。

讨论合作条件


在第一次的沟通当中,双方要简单介绍自己的条件和需求,如果基本条件匹配才有继续洽谈的可能性。

你们提供售后技术服务吗?这是我们最关心的部分。

We attach great importance to the design of silk products. We have the best design team.

Will you provide favorable conditions such as considerable discount if we establish a business relationship?

如果我们建立业务关系,你们会提供优惠的条件吗,比如可观的折扣?

决定后续安排


有了初步的了解之后,双方需要进行后续的安排。如果对谈话满意,可以表达对合作的期待并安排第二次沟通。如果觉得不合适,可以委婉地拒绝。
