海关数据实战攻略六:借海关数据高效出国拜访一月成交两大客户!

        东莞XXX纺织厂中的外贸负责人是一名海归,比较喜欢出国展会和出国拜访客户,他认为与客户面对面交流效果会更加直接深入,但也遇到一个问题:效率底下,身心疲惫。

     

        了解到海关数据《验买家》功能支持“按《地址+产品》的组合查询、快速锁定某一区域产品对口的匹配买家”,便确定了“海关数据+出国拜访客户”方式来拓展外贸。

         

        开始使用时,在《验买家》输入“已合作客户的地址” 查询,发现该区域还有8家非常有实力的买家尚未接触,于是马上通过SKYPE联系上这8家客户,通过前期的邮件及样品跟进,一个月后以“上门拜访老客户和有新品推荐”为由,成功预约到5家客户。


        上门拜访完一个月内,5家当中有2家成功下单。


        借用海关数据的《验买家》功能是如何实现高效拜访国外客户?

        第一步:在《验买家》输入框,输入要去拜访老客户的地址以NEW YORK为例,输入产品关键词或HS 编码以LED 为例,则可以将整个NEW YORK采购LED的买家锁定出来!

        第二步:从交易次数可以看出买家是否有持续采购需求。点击买家名称进入《买家深度采购报表》,从采购产品、采购实力、采购频率和全球供应商来分析买家是否为匹配的优质买家。

        第三步:点击查询买家邮箱,输入该买家网址,可以锁定该买家所有企业邮箱,企业邮箱前面为该买家人名通过SKYPE、EMAIL等方式联系采购!
