海关数据实战攻略五:看PETER如何借海关数据让展会订单翻番?

        展会前一个月Peter团队6人,借助《淘买家》功能,每人挑20家优质买家,借Skype,Email等方式联系上买家,告知买家参展时间,摊位邀请来展会现场沟通,有37家买家明确告知会前往展会,大大增加展会现场精准买家的数量。

    

        具体操作:在《淘买家》搜索框输入产品关键词或HS 编码,可通过三种方式快速挑选优质买家,并借助《搜邮神器》快速提取买家所有有效的企业邮箱。

       参展中

       邀请的37位买家,最终来了31位,因对买家的背景和实力及供应关系都做了全面的了解,故现场沟通一直掌握主动,合理报价给到客户。展会现场还收到很多其他名片,将名片放到《验买家》进行验证,快速挑选采购产品匹配且稳定的优质买家。


        具体操作:

        第一步:将买家公司名简称输入《验买家》进行一一验证,快速挑选匹配的优质买家。

        第二步:点击买家名称,进入该买家《深度采购分析报表》,全面分析该买家的采购产品、采购实力、采购频率、全球供应链关系等,知己知彼,掌握客户跟进的主动权。

        参展后

        Peter团队根据《验买家》及现场沟通情况,对买家进行等级分类,再根据团队业务能力分配买家,老业务跟进大客户,新人跟进小客户,从未采购过的买家放在最后跟进。


        展会结束后一个月时间,Peter团队成功成交9个客户,而且客户的采购量都非常不错。
